President Obama: Expand college accessibility

Nearly two years after giving the spring 2010 commencement address, President Barack Obama returned to the University of Michigan for the second time during his administration. He delivered his remarks Friday (Jan. 27) to thousands of students, elected officials and guests at Al Glick Field House.
He discussed education goals and college costs as the White House pushes education and training proposals.
