ANN ARBOR, Mich.--The real impact of the 2010 health reform law depends largely on four key events in 2012, says University of Michigan doctoral student David Jones in a paper published online today in the New England Journal of Medicine. Jones is a Ph.D.
student at the School of Public Health and the Department of Political Science.
