Job Summary
The Department of Chemistry at Brock University invites applications for a probationary tenure track position in any area of Inorganic Chemistry. Applications will be considered at the Assistant Professor level from individuals with post-doctoral experience. The Department (www.brocku.ca/mathematics-science/departments-and-centres/chemistry) offers B.Sc., M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in Chemistry and M.Sc./Ph.D. degrees for students who qualify for the Biotechnology graduate program (www.brocku.ca/mathematics-science/departments-and-centres/centre-biotechnology).
Qualifications
Successful applicants will have strong experimental skills in inorganic chemistry. An ability and willingness to support aspects of teaching and collaborative research is an asset. Applicants are expected to teach at both the undergraduate and graduate levels and to develop and maintain a thriving, externally funded, research program.
