Tenure-track Faculty Position in Experimental Astrophysics
The Division of Physics, Mathematics and Astronomy at the California Institute of Technology invites applications for a possible tenure-track professorial position in experimental astrophysics. We are primarily interested in candidates for tenure- track appointments, but will consider applications for tenured positions as well. We are seeking highly qualified candidates committed to a career in research and teaching. We are considering applications in all areas of experimental astrophysics, with a focus on electromagnetic probes from radio through gamma-ray. We expect applicants to have a strong interest in instrumentation and to develop an on-campus laboratory effort.
