The University of Washington and Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center (UW/FHCRC) are jointly recruiting for two full-time faculty members specializing in clinical translational sarcoma research and the clinical care of patients with sarcoma. The two positions will be at the Assistant, Associate or Full Professor level (without tenure, physician/scientist pathway). Requirements include MD and fellowship training in Medical Oncology. The candidates should have experience and expertise in clinical research and a primary interest and experience in sarcoma. The selected candidates will have the opportunity to participate in ongoing funded laboratory and clinical research programs of the UW/FHCRC related to the biology and therapy of sarcoma. In addition they will have the opportunity and resources to develop their own clinical translational research programs. University of Washington faculty engage in teaching, research, and service.
