The University of Washington (UW) is recruiting for a full-time faculty member specializing in clinical research and clinical care of patients with lung and/or head & neck cancer. The position would be at the Assistant or Associate Professor level (clinician/teacher pathway). Requirements include MD and fellowship training in Medical Oncology. The candidate should have experience and expertise in clinical research and a primary interest and experience in lung and/or head & neck cancer. The selected candidates will have the opportunity to participate in ongoing funded clinical and laboratory research programs related to the biology and therapy of cancer. In addition the candidate will have the opportunity and resources to develop his/her own clinical research program. The position will also involve participation in the clinical and instructional activities of the Division of Medical Oncology.
