At least two years of clinical experience in the treatment of psychiatric disorders with specialization in Affective Disorders. Experience and credentials appropriate to the selected tenure track faculty rank.
In addition to providing clinical care to patients, this position is responsible for research, teaching and leadership in performing studies focused on mechanisms underlying psychopathology of Affective Disorders. The successful candidate will continue to pursue his or her successful record of funded research, publication and other dissemination of knowledge in the field. Teaching and supervision of general psychiatry residents, fellows, interns and postdoctoral trainees, medical students and graduate students as assigned. The successful candidate will also participate in professional, public, and UW service appropriate to faculty rank.
