<p>MD or MD/PhD, Ophthalmology. Completion of residency program in Ophthalmology and a fellowship with focus on glaucoma. Board certified/board eligible in Ophthalmology.</p>
<p>Experience in conducting research, clinical care of patients, and teaching. Candidates for associate professor rank must meet criteria for tenure at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.</p>
<p>This position plays an integral role in the department’s existing glaucoma research, education and clinical group. <BR> <BR>- Develop and establish an independent research program <BR>- Pursue and obtain extramural funding for research program <BR>- Provide clinical and surgical care of patients <BR>- Participate in Department and Medical School committees as assigned <BR>- Teach medical students, residents, and fellows <BR>- Perform professional, university and community service as appropriate to the faculty rank <BR></p>
