Indiana University School of Medicine Join the faculty of an exciting and growing academic Department of Public Health at Indiana University. Indiana University School of Medicine is the country’s second largest allopathic medical school and is internationally recognized for excellence in research and teaching. The school’s Department of Public Health and CEPH accredited MPH Program is recruiting a highly motivated environmental health scientist to teach public health courses, advise students, conduct research and engage in professional service. The faculty rank for this position is open and will be determined based on the qualifications and experience of the successful candidate. Applicants should have a research track record and interests in one or more of the core fields of Environmental Health Science or a related discipline. The successful candidate will have: A doctorate in public health with an emphasis in environmental health or a doctorate in environmental science, earth science, industrial hygiene, toxicology, environmental engineering, or related field. A developing or active program of funded research in environmental health science or related field. Teaching experience or strong interest in teaching. Clear evidence of academic scholarship in environmental health sciences or a closely related field Review of applications for this tenure track position will continue until it is filled.
