The candidate would be expected to develop a translational or fundamental research program related to cancer cell signal transduction, cancer epigenetics, and/or cancer chemotherapy resistance. Applicants must have a PhD, MD or MD/PhD and demonstrate a strong record of research endeavors that will strengthen existing ties with the NCI-designated Cancer Research Institute, the Indiana Genomics Initiative, and the Indiana METACyt Initiative. Preference will be given to applicants whose cancer research interests complement those of current faculty.
